Строк поставки товарів: до 25 грудня 2026 року. Поставка товару здійснюється за адресою: Чернівецька обл., Чернівецький р-он, с.Кам’яна, вул. Головна, 1. Під час прийому Товару Замовник здійснює перевірку Товару за кількістю, якістю, комплектністю, наявністю емблеми Європейського Союзу, походженням товару із прийнятних країн і підписує відповідні документи. Товар без надання документів про походження товару із прийнятних країн - не приймається, як належне виконання договору і не підлягає оплаті з боку Замовника. Перехід права власності на Товар та ризику випадкової загибелі (псування) відбувається в момент передачі Товару уповноваженому представнику Замовника
