Description

Постачальник постачає Замовнику товар поступово, дрібними партіями у період дії договору відповідно до заявок Замовника на адресу закладів освіти Деснянського району міста Києва. Доставка продукції здійснюється до комори кожного окремого закладу освіти. Строки поставки товару: не більше 2 календарних днів після отримання замовлення від Замовника. Товар повинен відповідати показникам безпечності та якості для харчових продуктів, які встановлено нормативно-правовими актами України, зокрема, але не виключно, Законам України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів» та «Про інформацію для споживачів щодо харчових продуктів», Постанові Кабінету Міністрів України від 24.03.2021 № 305 «Про затвердження норм та Порядку організації харчування у закладах освіти та дитячих закладах оздоровлення та відпочинку», наказу МОН України та МОЗ України від 17.04.2006 № 298/227 «Про затвердження Інструкції з організації харчування дітей у дошкільних закладах», наказу МОН України та МОЗ України від 15.08.2006 № 620/563 «Щодо невідкладних заходів з організації харчування дітей у дошкільних, загальноосвітніх, позашкільних навчальних закладах».
