Description

Замовник отримує товар згідно своїх заявок. Постачання товару здійснюється відповідно до дислокації закладів освіти (додаток № 2 до цього Договору) та сформованих узгоджених заявок щодо кількості дітей на харчування. Частота та обсяг завозу товару і продовольчої сировини повинні залежати від терміну їх реалізації та кількості дітей, які відвідують заклад освіти. Поставка товару проводиться згідно заявок Замовника по закладах (згідно додатку №2 Договору), два рази на тиждень в робочі дні до 12.00 год. в кількості і дні відповідно до заявки Замовника. Порушення термінів поставки спричинить розірвання договору в односторонньому порядку. Строк поставки - до 31.12.2026 року
