The buyer is procuring the supply of electricity without distribution. All supply conditions, quality, price calculation, metering and payment terms and the technical specification are set out in the attached draft contract and its annexes, which are binding on participants. To prevent dumping and deliberate underpricing followed by abusive contract amendments, formula pricing applies. The bid price per unit is calculated as the weighted average market price for August 2026 of 6.18765 UAH excluding VAT, plus a transmission tariff of 0.92845 UAH per kWh excluding VAT under NEURC resolution No. 1228 of 28.07.2026, plus a supplier margin that cannot change during the contract. The goods must not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran.
