Місце відпуску товару по талонам/скретч-картам - за місцем знаходження АЗС Постачальника/партнерських або орендованих автозаправних станцій (Додаток № 2 до Договору купівлі - продажу). Талони повинні діяти по всій території України (не обмежені в отриманні територіально конкретним регіоном), з можливістю отримання палива через АЗС, які розташовано по всій території України, а також на автомобільних дорогах загального користування. Постачальник зобов’язується організовувати та забезпечувати безперебійну та цілодобову заправку паливом по талонам автотранспорту Замовника з АЗС Постачальника/ партнерських або орендованих автозаправних станцій. Замовник зобов’язується отримати на АЗС товар протягом терміну дії талона. Постачальник відповідно до письмової заявки Замовника, у разі необхідності (обмін бланків старого зразка на бланки нового зразка (в тому числі в разі завершення дії талонів), обмін на картки меншого номіналу тощо) забезпечує протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів безкоштовний обмін скретч-карток (або еквіваленту) на скретч-картки (або еквівалент) рівнозначного номіналу без врахування коливання ціни, як протягом дії Договору так і впродовж не менше дванадцяти місяців після його закінчення.
