The Third Appellate Administrative Court procured petrol, A-95 Euro 5 E 5, supplied through fuel vouchers with a nominal value of 10 litres each. Delivery runs from contract signature until 31 March 2026. The supplier must operate at least five filling stations in the city of Dnipro and at least ten in Dnipropetrovsk region, plus a network of filling stations on Ukrainian public roads and in many regions and large cities of Ukraine, except the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Crimea. Payment is 100 percent postpaid. Bidding has closed; the deadline for bids was 26 August 2026.
