Строк поставки товару: до 31.12.2026 року Спосіб поставки товару: Надання товару (заправка автотранспорту) здійснюється на умовах отримання Покупцем палива за паливними талонами на відповідних АЗС. Поставка Талонів здійснюється на адресу Замовника на підставі усного або письмового замовлення Замовника (телефоном, по факсу чи електронною поштою). Постачальник не пізніше 2 календарних днів з моменту її отримання зобов’язаний поставити талони у кількості, визначеній в заявці.Поставка палива здійснюється на умовах EX WORKS «Франко-завод» (місце поставки: резервуари АЗС Постачальника визначені в Договорі, завантаження із резервуарів АЗС Постачальника в автомобільний транспорт Покупця, що відбуває, здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника), ІНКОТЕРМС Офіційні правила тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати (редакція 2010 року) Вимога щодо країни походження товару: країною-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
