Description

Замовник має право при поставці кожної окремої партії товару вимагати проведення незалежної експертизи та лабораторних досліджень щодо якісних та технічних показників товару та їх відповідності вимогам замовника за рахунок Постачальника. В такому випадку Постачальник зобов’язаний вжити заходів щодо забезпечення доставки проб товару до лабораторії та здійснити оплату відповідних лабораторних досліджень на умовах та у строки, визначені Замовником. Замовник залишає за собою право вибору лабораторії, що здійснюватиме дослідження щодо технічних та якісних показників. 2.5. У випадку виявлення поставки неякісного Товару, а також відхилень від якісних характеристик, які неможливо було виявити під час підписання видаткової накладної, Замовник викликає представника Постачальника на предмет підписання спільного акту за виявленими фактами. 2.6. Якщо протягом 1 - го дня після направленого виклику, Постачальник не надіслав свого уповноваженого представника, Замовник складає власний акт по виявленим фактам невідповідності поставленого Товару вимогам, передбаченим Договором.
