У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або затримки здійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 5(п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок та/або можливості здійснити платежі
