З метою економії ресурсів Замовника вимагається наявність працюючих АЗС в Полтавській, Сумській, Дніпропетровській, Харківській областях (територія на яку поширює свою діяльність ТУ ДБР у м. Полтаві) та в кожній області України за виключенням окупованих територій та територій на яких ведуться активні бойові дії відповідно до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією затвердженого Наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309
