The buyer is procuring vehicle fuel in the form of coupons: diesel fuel (Euro 5) and A-95 petrol (Euro 5). The goods must be delivered as coupons in a single batch, according to the assortment and quantities set out in the Specification, which is Annex No. 1 to the contract, no later than 31 October 2026. Coupons are to be handed over at the address: 11 Shkilna Street, village of Chumaky, Dnipro district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 52020, while the actual fuel is dispensed through the supplier's filling stations. The country of origin of the goods may not be the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
