This procurement concerns the supply of motor fuels delivered in coupon form. The buyer is purchasing diesel fuel meeting the Euro 5 standard, provided via coupons, and petrol grade A-95, also meeting the Euro 5 standard, likewise provided via coupons. The notice specifies a restriction on the geographical origin of the goods: products originating from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran may not be supplied under this contract. Suppliers should therefore be able to demonstrate that the fuels offered come from other countries of origin and can comply with the stated Euro 5 quality requirements.
