Diesel fuel (Euro 5), coupons

The buyer is procuring diesel fuel of Euro 5 standard, delivered in the form of fuel coupons. Product quality must comply with Ukrainian state standards and the manufacturer's technical requirements, and the technical and quality characteristics must include environmental protection measures. Coupons must be valid for at least 12 months, with the validity period starting on the date the coupons are handed over to the buyer. They must be freely redeemable at the contractor's own or partner network of petrol stations across the whole controlled territory of Ukraine, with a single coupon design allowing refuelling at all offered stations. Coupons must have a face value of 10, 15 or 20 litres, a validity of at least 12 months with a guaranteed 12-month extension option, a single brand, and must show the name or brand of the petrol stations named in the offer. The country of origin may not be Russia, Belarus or Iran.
