The buyer is procuring 1200 litres of Euro-5 diesel fuel supplied through fuel vouchers. The estimated total value of the purchase is 93,570.00 UAH excluding VAT. Delivery must be made to the buyer's address within 10 calendar days from signing of the contract. The bidder's filling station must be located in the city of Lubny and no more than 5 kilometres from the buyer's registered address. Vouchers must be valid for at least 4 months from delivery, or be replaceable after expiry. By submitting a bid, participants confirm the goods do not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran. Small businesses able to issue fuel vouchers may bid.
