Description

A.1. Descripció L'objecte del present procediment de contractació, convocat pel CTB, és la conceptualització, programació i migració de continguts, així com la redacció i introducció de continguts inicials, dels llocs web següents:  Lloc web institucional del CTB.  Lloc web del Barcelona Convention Bureau (d’ara endavant, BCB).  Lloc web del Observatori del Turisme a Barcelona (d’ara endavant, OTB). L’empresa contractista haurà de desenvolupar les funcions previstes al Plec de prescripcions tècniques (d’ara endavant, PPT), les quals es distribueixen en les següents fases:  Fase de disseny: conceptualització estratègica, disseny i estructura del lloc web, i experiència d’usuari (UX).  Fase de desenvolupament: programació frontend i backend, integració amb plataformes municipals, configuració de servidors i migració del lloc web actual.  Fase de redacció i introducció de continguts inicials. Sense perjudici de l’anterior, l’empresa contractista haurà de dur a terme qualsevol altra tasca especificada en la resta dels apartats del PPT, les quals també seran d’obligat compliment.
