5.1. Строк поставки Товару: з моменту підписання Договору - за заявкою Замовника протягом 2 (двох) робочих днів, але не пізніше 31.12.2026 року.
5.2. Місце поставки Товару: Україна, 49000, Дніпропетровська область, м. Дніпро, вул. Князя Володимира Великого, 28. Розвантажувальні роботи виконуються за рахунок та силами постачальника (представниками постачальника), які супроводжують товар у дорозі в приміщення медичного складу Замовника (виключно у робочі дні з 9:00 до 15:00).
* В видаткових накладних обов’язково повинно бути зазначено термін придатності.
