Project: P170343 - Social Insurance Administration Project Reference: MK-MLSP-398534-GO-RFB-1.1.4 Procurement method: Request for Bids Financing: World Bank Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bid Information Systems (Design, Supply and Installation) Development of Single Unified Registry System for social insurance (SURS) and Procurement of Hardware Purchaser : Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth, Republic of North Macedonia Project : Social Insurance Administration Project Contract title: Development of Single Unified Registry System for social insurance (SURS) and Procurement of Hardware Country : Republic of North Macedonia Loan: 9036-MK RFB No: MK/SIAP#1.1.4 Issued on: November 21, 2024 Republic of North Macedonia has received loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract no.: MK/SIAP # 1.1.4 for Development of SURS ICT system. The Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Development of the SURS ICT system and Procurement of Hardware. The procurement process will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers - Procurement in IPF of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, (Regulations) issued in July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 Procurement Regulations”, and is open to all eligible Proposers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Policy, Demography and Youth , Ms. Maja Bundaleski, SIAP Procurement officer at the following e-mail address: maja.bundaleski@mtsp.gov.mk and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08:30 to 16:30 hours at the address: Koco Racin Str. No.14 ,1000 Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia. The request for bids document in English Language may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission to the following e-mail address: maja.bundaleski@mtsp.gov.mk. The bidding documents shall be sent to the e-mail address specified in the written application submitted by the interested Proposers. Bids must be delivered to the address specified below (at the end of this RFB) on or before 11:00 hours Macedonia Time (GMT + 1), on January 10, 2025 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below (at the end of this RFB) at 11:00 hours Macedonia Time (GMT + 1), January 10, 2025. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of EUR 60.000,00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
