Travaux de désamiantage/plomb et démolition de l'immeuble Faidherbe d'habitations, déclarée insalubre, de 20 logements à deux entrées comprenant le Rez-de-Chaussée, 4 étages et le sous sol ainsi qu'une dépendance servant de mosquée provisoire et d'un pavillon avec son garage. Ces travaux incluent le gardiennage et la vidéo-surveillance, l'évacuation des déchets, la destruction des nuisibles, l'abattage d'arbres, l'aménagement extérieur en remblais, l'engazonnement et la pose de clôtures. Cette opération intervient dans le cadre du dispositif Résorption de l'Habitat indigne (RHI). La maîtrise d'oeuvre est assurée par le Cabinet SILVERT.
