The buyer is purchasing firewood timber, grade 2, unsplit, under standard TUU-00994207-005. The supplier must guarantee quality fuelwood of soft species (pine) for non-industrial use, with logs up to 1 metre long and 20 to 50 cm thick, moisture content not exceeding 25% at delivery. The wood must be cleaned of knots, branches, dirt, soil and stones, free from rot, decay and cracks exceeding 25% of the log diameter at the end face. It must be delivered stacked in piles so the quantity can be measured without unloading. The supplier must confirm legal origin with a purchase agreement, logging ticket or similar document issued in its name or the producer's name.
