Постачальник гарантує, що запропонований товар не повинен мати походження з російської федерації/республіки білорусь/ісламської республіки іран. Якщо переможцем закупівлі буде визначено не платник ПДВ, договір укладається на суму його переможної пропозиції без ПДВ. В загальній ціні договору ПДВ не оподатковується.Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку товару протягом строку дії даного Договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 2-х (двох) календарних днів з моменту отримання листа - заявки Покупця щодо поставки відповідної партії товару. Партія товару повинна бути не більше 5-6 метрів кубічних за одну доставку.
