The procurement is conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition.The tender consists of 7 lots:Lot 1 - Primary LayerLot 2 - 1st Excess LayerLot 3 - 2nd Excess LayerLot 4 - 3rd Excess LayerLot 5 - 4th Excess LayerLot 6 - 5th Excess LayerLot 7 - 6th Excess LayerCosts incured by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed. There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams. Primary Layer: 200 Million DKK excess deductibles; 1st Excess Layer: 150 Million DKK excess 200 Million DKK excess deductibles (from 200 Million DKK to 350 Million DKK); 2nd Excess Layer: 150 Million DKK excess 350 Million DKK excess deductibles (from 350 Million DKK to 500 Million DKK); 3rd Excess Layer: 125 Million DKK excess 500 Million DKK excess deductibles (from 500 Million DKK to 625 Million DKK); 4th Excess Layer: 125 Million DKK excess 625 Million DKK excess deductibles (from 625 Million DKK to 750 Million DKK); 5th Excess Layer: 125 Million DKK excess 750 Million DKK excess deductibles (from 750 Million DKK to 875 Million DKK); 6th Excess Layer: 125 Million DKK excess 875 Million DKK excess deductibles (from 875 Million DKK to 1 Billion DKK)
