Insurance procurement for Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including Marine Cargo and extended maintenance for project: Hatting-Ryttergård.Energinet reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations.Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed.There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams. Construction/Erection All Risks Insurance including Marine Cargo and Extended Maintenance.Lot details: Construction/Erection ex. Terrorism. Estimated Contract value DKK 479,000,000. LEG3-06 cover DKK 90,000,000. Extended Maintenance period 60 months. TPL cover DKK 100,000,000. Marine Cargo DKK 2,000,000 per transport +10%. Further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.; Third Party Liability InsuranceLot details: Third-Party Liability cover DKK 200,000,000 excess DKK 100,000,000 and further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.; Third Party Liability insurance, cover DKK 200,000,000 excess DKK 300,000,000 and further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.; Contractors Pollution InsuranceLot details: Contractors Pollution DKK 5,000,000 - excess of deductibles mentioned in “Exhibit” and the “Insurance Schedule” further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.; Terrorism InsuranceLot details: Terrorism DKK 30,000,000. - excess of deductibles mentioned in “Exhibit” and the “Insurance Schedule” and further sums/limits according to the attached document “Risk and Insurance Information”.
