Le contrat de délégation de service public, sous forme d'affermage, a pour objet de confier au délégataire, à ses frais et périls et dans les conditions du présent contrat, la gestion et l'exploitation du cinéma "Le Bourguet" à Forcalquier ; il fixe ainsi les conditions dans lesquelles les équipements et les activités sont déléguées. Le délégataire a pour mission de gérer et d'exploiter les équipements mis à sa disposition dans une perspective culturelle en conservant la classement "Art et Essai" et en proposant une programmation grand public
