Udbuddet gennemføres som et fællesudbud og vedrører levering af sundhedsfaglige vikarydelser til Fællesindkøb Fyn (Faaborg-Midtfyn Kommune, Kerteminde Kommune, Langeland Kommune, Nordfyns Kommune), Nyborg Kommune og Assens Kommune.Nyborg Kommune gennemfører udbud i eget navn og på vegne af de deltagende kommuner.Efter afslutning af udbudsprocessen indgår hver deltagende kommune kontrakt i eget navn og er alene ansvarlig for overholdelsen af sine kontraktuelle forhold i kontraktperioden. Hver kommune kan selvstændigt udøve sine kontraktuelle rettigheder i overensstemmelse med kontrakten, herunder opsige sin egen kontrakt, uden at dette påvirker de øvrige kommuners kontrakter.
