Region Sjælland udbyder sammen med Region Hovedstaden flytteydelser bl.a. til brug for flytning af sygehuse. Region Sjælland leder udbuddet. Der udbydes parallelle rammeaftaler, hvor tildeling efterfølgende sker ud fra en kaskademodel. Udbudsmaterialet indeholder to optioner, som giver Region Hovedstaden ret til at indgå de parallelle rammeaftaler med vinderne af udbuddet gældende for de enheder, der er beskrevet i bilag 2.1. til rammeaftalen
