Udbudsprocessen omfatter en kontrakt til Bygherres anskaffelse af Totalrådgivning til Norddjurs Kommune omhandlende ombygning og renovering af eksisterende lokaler på en specialskole. Lokalerne er placeret i en fløj mod sydvest, og indeholder stueplan, parterre samt 1 sal. Fløjen skal efter ombygningen kunne rumme både en specialbørnehave (parterre) samt nye lokaler til Unggruppen på specialskolen (stueplan og 1 sal.), med alt, hvad der her er behov for i forhold til anvendelse til målgruppen. Bygherre har fået udarbejdet skitser over ombygningen, som den udpegede totalrådgiver skal tage udgangspunkt i ifm. projektering. Samtidig er der et tilhørende udeareal, som skal genetableres, så det kan benyttes af specialbørnehavens børn og specialskolens Unggruppe. Byggeriet forventes at skulle udbydes af Totalrådgiver som en Hovedentreprise via indbudt licitation. Ydelsen for totalrådgivning på nærværende projekt er nærmere konkretiseret i Bilag 1 - Opgavebeskrivelse og Bilag 2 - Ydelsesbeskrivelse. Det samlede budget for rådgivnings- og entreprenørydelser, vinterforanstaltning og uforudsete ydelser mv., er berammet til 21 mio. DKK.
