Børne- og Ungdomsforvaltningen (BUF) i Københavns Kommune ønsker på baggrund af nærværende udbud at indgå kontrakt om drift, support og vedligeholdelse af et hostet servermiljø med henblik på BUF's anvendelse af applikationen SAS Visual Analytics 4.0 (samt senere versioner) i tilknytning til BUF's ledelsesinformationssystem BUFLIS.Applikationen skal hostes i et private cloud-miljø på en Linux-baseret platform ved brug af Linux Red Hat med en Kubernetes-distribution i version 1.2 eller nyere, der skal integreres mod BUF's øvrige relevante systemer, og løsningen skal implementeres og afvikles med afsæt i seneste vejledninger og anbefalinger fra SAS Institute.Det bemærkes, at Københavns Kommune giver den kommende leverandør en tidsbegrænset, ikke-eksklusiv og uoverdragelig brugsret til applikationen, i det omfang dette er nødvendigt i forbindelse med kontraktens opfyldelse.
