Aftalen omfatter daglig intern rengøring og periodisk vinduespolering på seks af Erhvervsakademi Københavns afdelinger, og periodisk vinduespolering på fire af Erhvervsakademi Københavns afdelinger. Alle Erhvervsakademi Københavns afdelinger omfattet af aftalen fremgår af Skema 3 (Tilbudslisten), Bilag 2 (Kravspecifikation) og Bilag 3 (Lokaledata).I forhold til udbudslovens § 49, stk. 2 har Erhvervsakademi København valgt ikke at udbyde særskilte delaftaler med baggrund i økonomiske- og markedsmæssige hensyn. Erhvervsakademi København har konkret vurderet, at det for Erhvervsakademi København ikke er den kommercielt bedste løsning at adskille eller opdele opgaven i særskilte delaftaler.
