Opgaverne består i at yde rådgivningsbistand vedr. skitsering og projektering af teknisk løsning for etablering af ny efterklaringstank med tilhørende returpumpestation samt etablering af anlæg for kulstofdoserings anlæg. Rådgivningsopgaven inkluderer blandt andet; myndighedsarbejde, projektering (herunder også elprojektering), tilsyn, driftsinstruktion mm. i forbindelse med implementering af tiltag for at overholde de fremtidige skærpede kvælstofkrav på NØ, som forventeligt skal være i drift ved udgangen af 2027.
