Ordregiver udbyder med udbudsbekendtgørelsen og det øvrige udbudsmateriale en aftale om teknisk rådgivning og bistand i forbindelse med gennemførelse af den bygningsfysiske helhedsplan omfattende renovering af fsb afd. 1-50 Tingbjerg II. Totalrådgiverudbuddet udbydes efter udbudsproceduren udbud med forhandling efter udbudsloven. Helhedsplanen for Tingbjerg II omfatter 638 boliger med tilhørende forsamlingshus. Helhedsplanen har været under udvikling siden 2015 og er underlagt den fælles byudviklingsstrategi for Tingbjerg-Husum samt lokalplan 609 med tillæg 1. Opgaven omfatter totalrådgivning i samtlige projektfaser i forbindelse med renoveringen af fsb afd. 1-50 Tingbjerg II med henblik på udførelse i hovedentreprise. Processen med godkendelse af helhedsplanen i afd. 1-50 Tingbjerg II, fsb, Københavns Kommune og Landsbyggefonden sker parallelt med nærværende udbud. Som nærmere uddybet i Bilag B kan ordregiver vælge at tildele totalrådgiverkontrakten på baggrund af det indledende tilbud. For en nærmere beskrivelse af totalrådgiverudbuddet henvises til det samlede udbudsmateriale, herunder særligt udbudsbetingelsernes afsnit 1.
