Description

Rammeaftalen omfatter levering af bygherrerådgivning og totalrådgivning til Ishøj Kommune i forbindelse med kommunens bygge- og anlægsprojekter med en samlet entreprisesum på op til DKK 40 mio. (ekskl. moms) pr. projekt. Rammeaftalen er ikke eksklusiv. Formålet med rammeaftalen er at sikre kommunen adgang til professionel, helhedsorienteret og uvildig rådgivning og sparring i alle faser af mindre bygge- og anlægsprojekter - fra idé og behovsafdækning til projektering, udførelse og ibrugtagning og mangelopfølgning. Rådgivningen kan bl.a. omfatte: • Strategisk og indledende rådgivning, herunder behovs- og interessentafdækning, • Projektledelse, • Udarbejdelse af beslutnings- og projektgrundlag, • Budgettering, tidsplanlægning og risikovurdering, • Bæredygtigheds- og totaløkonomiske analyser, • Faglig bistand ved udbud, tilbudsevaluering og kontrahering, •Projektopfølgning, byggeledelse og kvalitetssikring, og •Totalrådgivning på projekter med en entreprisesum på op til 40 mio. DKK (ekskl. moms). Rammeaftalen, der indgås med en (1) leverandør, har en varighed på op til 4 år. Rammeaftalen fastsætter de generelle vilkår for rådgivningsydelser. På grundlag af rammeaftalen indgår Ishøj Kommune og rådgiveren løbende leveranceaftaler for udførelsen af de konkrete opgaver. Arbejdsopgaverne under rammeaftalen kan variere, men vil tage udgangspunkt i Ydelsesbeskrivelse for Bygherrerådgivning 2019 og Ydelsesbeskrivelse for Byggeri & Landskab 2018, jf. Bilag 6 og 7 til rammeaftalen.
