Egedal Kommune udbyder levering, installation, idriftsættelse samt efterfølgende service og vedligeholdelse af kaldeanlæg til kommunens plejecentre. Udbuddet omfatter en komplet nødkaldsløsning, herunder udstyr, software, integrationer, uddannelse, garanti, support, service og softwareopdateringer.Følgende plejecentre er omfattet af udbuddet:Plejecenter EgeparkenPlejecenter DamgårdsparkenPlejecenter PorsebakkenLeverancen omfatter udskiftning af eksisterende kaldeanlæg samt etablering af en samlet, driftsklar løsning på de omfattede lokationer.Udbuddet indeholder endvidere optioner vedrørende supplerende udstyr, udvidelser af anlægget, yderligere licenser, integrationer, uddannelsesydelser samt øvrige ydelser, som nærmere beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet.Region Hovedstaden (kommende Region Østdanmark) gives mulighed for at benytte en option vedrørende Døgnpladserne på de vilkår, der fremgår af udbudsmaterialet. En eventuel udnyttelse af denne option sker efter regionens eget valg og er ikke omfattet af Egedal Kommunes garanterede aftageforpligtelse.
