Udbuddet vedrører en firmapensionsordning for samtlige nuværende og fremtidige funktionærer i Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S (herefter "By & Havn) samt en sundhedsforsikring for samtlige nuværende og fremtidige medarbejdere i By & Havn. Der er pt. 142 funktionærer med i firmapensionsordningen, pensionsbidraget er obligatorisk 15%, som pt. er placeret hos Velliv og er direkte betjent. By & Havn har dog indgået en PM-aftale med en uvildig rådgiver, BEDSTpension, der løbende vurderer ordningen, og som bistår By & Havn under dette udbud. Der er et samlet depot på 167 mio. kr. i ordningen og en gennemsnitlig indbetaling pr. medarbejder på godt 105.000 kr. årligt. By & Havn har yderligere ca. 41 medarbejdere, der er omfattet af en arbejdsmarkedsoverenskomst. Disse skal ikke omfattes af firmapensionsordningen, men skal - sammen med funktionærerne - være omfattet af sundhedsforsikringen. By & Havn har i dag en sundhedsforsikring hos Dansk Sundhedssikring.
