Projektet omfatter renovering af Boliggårdens afdeling 102 Sthensvej, som er en mindre afdeling beliggende i den nordvestlige del af Helsingør. Afdelingen blev opført i 1952 og består af 38 mindre fritliggende enfamiliehuse på adresserne Stehnsvej 1-21, Boyesvej 2-14, Ewaldsvænget 43-51 og 46 samt Blichersvej 40-50, 3000 Helsingør. Boligerne har et bebygget areal på 80m² ekskl. kælder. Be-boelsen er placeret i stueplan, med delvis kælder og krybekælder. Boligerne har egne haver. Projektet indeholder i hovedtræk: •Renovering og udvidelse af badeværelser i stueplan •Nedrivning af eksisterende badeværelser i kælder •Skimmelsanering af kælder •Renovering af udvendige kældertrapper og lyskasser •Udskiftning af brugsvandsinstallationer i bygning og terræn •Udskiftning af afløbsinstallationer i bygning •Elinstallationer •Etablering af ventilationsanlæg med varmegenvinding •Etablering af omfangsdræn og brønde samt sokkelisolering •Renovering af tag (asbestholdigt)
