Opgaven omfatter projektering og udførelse af en 4-etages bygning, hvor stueetagen anvendes til lægeklinik, og de øvrige etager udgør et botilbud. Bygningen skal overholde lavemissionsklassen i forhold til BR18s krav til CO2-udledninger og skal opnå DGNB Guld-certificering (2023 manualen). I forlængelse heraf har ordregiveren høstet et antal betondæk fra en anden bygning - ordregiveren ønsker, at disse dæk om muligt indgår i nærværende opgaves konstruktion. Opgaven forventes gennemført under anvendelse af en projektudviklingsmodel baseret på ABT 18 og APP 18.
