Indkøb og udbringning af varer er en ydelse der visiteres til i henhold til Lov om Social Service § 83, hjælp eller støtte til nødvendige praktiske opgaver i hjemmet og Ældrelovens § 10 om tilbud om helhedspleje i form af et sammenhængende og rummeligt pleje- og omsorgsforløb.
