Danmarks Nationalbank (Nationalbanken) har godt 500 medarbejdere, og på daglig basis befinder sig ca. 360 medarbejdere og konsulenter i Nationalbankens lokaler på Langelinie Alle 47. Nationalbanken vil gerne tilbyde sine medarbejdere mulighed for at få en god kop kaffe, hvor der er taget hensyn til bæredygtighed. Kaffen skal brygges på en moderne og driftssikker kaffemaskine. Nationalbanken ønsker at indgå en operationel leasingaftale med service af fuldautomatiske espressomaskiner samt aftale om køb af kaffebønner, kakao og mælk i god kvalitet. Nationalbanken skal bruge 13 kaffemaskiner, som skal stå i Nationalbankens tekøkkener. Maskinerne som tilbydes, skal være ens, altså have samme mærke og model, og det må godt være renoverede maskiner. Maskinerne tilbageleveres efter aftaleperiodens udløb. Der ønskes ikke køb af maskiner, hverken ved aftaleperiodens indledning eller afslutning.
