Udbuddet vedrører drift af kantine i KAB-huset, som er placeret på Enghavevej 81, 2450 Købehavn SV.Ordregivers formål med at udbyde opgaven er, at tilbyde sine ansatte det gode, smagfulde måltid af høj kvalitet og herved skabe en god oplevelse for sine ansatte. Ordregiver har ligeledes et ønske om at kantinen drives med afsæt i godt værtskab og med et ønske om at skabe en behagelig stemning i kantinen. Ordregiver stiller ambitiøse krav til bæredygtighed. Derfor indeholder nærværende udbudsmateriale krav, der skal bidrage til en samlet reduktion af CO₂-udledning.
