Ovennævnte udbud af kantinedrift gennemføres af Servicemægleren A/S på vegne af Professionshøjskolen UCN (Herefter benævnt UCN).Opgaven omfatter 6 kantiner hos UCN. Udbuddet er delt op i 3 delaftaler, som er nærmere beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet.Adresser omfattet af delaftale 1:Sofiendalsvej 60, 9200 AalborgHobrovej 85, 9000 AalborgMylius Erichsens Vej 131 og 139, 9210 Aalborg SØSelma Lagerløfs Vej 2, 9220 Aalborg ØAdresse omfattet af delaftale 2:Skolevangen 45, 9800 HjørringAdresser omfattet af delaftale 3:Lerpyttevej 43, 7700 ThistedOpgaven omfatter kantinedrift hos Ordregiver, herunder produktion af mad til studerende og medarbejdere i kantinen hos UCN samt håndtering af frokost, mødeforplejning og levering til arrangementer hos Ordregiver og brugere af UCN.
