Under henvisning til Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets artikel 65 kan det oplyses, at den udbudte kontrakt ikke opdeles i delkontrakter, da Kredsløb har vurderet, at den henset til opgavens karakteristika, samt de økonomiske, ansvars- og udførelsesmæssige forhold løses mest hensigtsmæssigt i én entreprise. Den udbudte opgave er mere detaljeret beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet. Der ydes ikke vederlag for deltagelse i dette udbud.
