Description

Albertslund Kommune og Albertslund Boligselskab v/Bo Vest ønsker i fællesskab at udvikle og opføre et nyt botilbud for udviklingshæmmede voksne. Det nye botilbud skal bestå af op til 40 boliger. Botilbuddet skal blive det nye hjem for borgerne på de eksisterende botilbud Herstedøster Sidevej og Humlehusene. Det nye botilbud opføres på Skallerne i Albertslund. Udbuddet omfatter totalentreprisen ved udførelsen af AB Skallerne og udbydes som udbud med forhandling da kontrakten omfatter design. Arkitema har siden 2024 været tilknyttet som rådgiver i forbindelse med at udvikle værdier, vision, program og skitseprojekt som grundlag for en kommende lokalplan for området.
