Udbud af totalentrepriseaftale vedr. opførelse af Skørping ældrecenter og Buderupholmvej, beliggende i Skørping. Det samlede projekt omfatter opførelse af i alt 40 boliger, fordelt på 30 plejeboliger, hvoraf de 10 plejeboliger er målrettet somatiske patienter og de resterende 20 plejeboliger er målrettet demente patienter (afd. 10) samt 10 familieboliger målrettet seniorsegmentet (afd. 11). Projektet udbydes som et samlet projekt, men der vil blive indgået separate totalentreprisekontrakter. Det er besluttet at udbyde projektet samlet i totalentreprise. Begrundelsen herfor er, at det er vurderet at være mest optimalt for projektet, både af hensyn til at fjerne grænseflader i projektet og derved minimere risiko samt spare væsentlige omkostninger ved kun at skulle etablere én byggeplads. Det vurderes, at udbudsformen udbud med forhandling kan anvendes iht. reglerne herfor, idet der er tale om en totalentreprise, hvor der i forbindelse med udbuddet vil blive foretaget tilpasninger, hvorfor der er behov for forudgående forhandlinger.
