Ballerup Kommune udbyder totalentreprise vedrørende Skovlunde Skole, afdeling Lundebjerg. Opgaven består i hovedtræk af tre større opgaver. Kapacitetsudvidelse, komplet tagudskiftning samt udskiftning af vinduer og døre. Det bemærkes, at opgaven skal udføres på en skole i drift.Formålet med projektet er at fremtidssikre Skovlunde Skole, afdeling Lundebjerg, gennem en helhedsorienteret renovering og kapacitetsudvidelse, der understøtter skolens udvikling fra 2-sporet til 3-sporet skole. Projektet skal sikre tidssvarende, funktionelle og fleksible lærings- og arbejdsmiljøer, der imødekommer den stigende elev- og medarbejdertilgang samt understøtter skolens pædagogiske, driftsmæssige og sociale behov.Renoveringen skal gennemføres på et fælles og robust grundlag med fokus på kvalitet, bæredygtige løsninger, sikkerhed og hensynet til en skole i fortsat drift. Projektet skal skabe velfungerende rammer for undervisning, fritidsordning og øvrige aktiviteter gennem optimering af arealer, forbedring af faciliteter og modernisering af bygningernes klimaskærm og tekniske installationer.
