Nærværende udbud, som udbydes af Ringsted Forsyning A/S på vegne af Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S, er en del af en række udbud i forbindelse med Ringsted Forsyning udbygningsplaner af fjernvarmeforsyningen i Benløse. I den forbindelse skal der etableres fjernvarmeforsyning i Energidistrikt 07, fra forsyningspunkterne ved Kærup Parkvej og Benløse Skel. Nærværende udbud omfatter Energidistrikt 07, og arbejdet omhandler hovedsageligt etablering af ca. 5 km hovedledninger udført med twin-rør, serie 2, i dimensioner fra ø25 - ø139,7, samt 120 - 220 stikledninger. Entreprisen omfatter således jord-, anlægs-, muffe-, alarm- og smedearbejder samt rørleverance. Arbejdet skal primært udføres i boligområde. I udbudsmaterialet er der medtaget stikledninger fra forbrugere, som på udbudstidspunktet har indgået en aftale med Ringsted Forsyning. Entreprenøren skal indenfor tidsplanen kunne tåle udførelse af stikledninger til kunder, som under projektets udførelse tilmelder sig fjernvarme-forsyning. Arbejdet forventes udført med min. 3 - 4 gravefronter for fjernvarme hovedledninger, samt vandledninger og min. 2 - 4 gravehold for stikledninger. Den vindende tilbudsgiver vil skulle indgå en separat entreprisekontrakt med Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S.
