Description

Udbuddet gennemføres som begrænset udbud med prækvalifikation vedrørende hovedentreprise for Kalundborg Kulturhus. Ordregiver prækvalificerer et begrænset antal ansøgere, som herefter opfordres til at afgive tilbud på hovedentreprisen. Hovedentreprise vedrørende etablering af Kalundborg Kulturhus i Havneparken, Kalundborg Kommune, omfattende transformation af det eksisterende pakhus og opførelse af en ny tilbygning samt tilhørende adgangs-, terræn- og udearbejder. Projektet omfatter et kulturhus med bl.a. bibliotek og borgerservice. Arbejderne gennemføres i et havnenært miljø og omfatter bl.a. håndtering af niveauforskelle, adgangsforhold, geotekniske og miljømæssige forhold samt koordinering med bygherreleverancer. Bygherreleverancer omfatter bl.a. iBinder, ADK (Salto), AIA (Nox), TVO, dele af IT, løst inventar og affaldsgård. Hovedentreprenøren skal koordinere relevante grænseflader med totalrådgiver, bygherre og leverandører.
