Udbuddet omfatter levering af et automatisk ruteplanlægningssystem til ordregivers område Sundhed og Omsorg og omfatter alene Ordregivers brugsret til Tilbudsgiverens IT-system bestående af ruteplanlægningssystemet samt servicering og hosting heraf. Ruteplanlægningssystemet skal give Ordregivers medarbejdere et hjælperedskab til en sikker og optimal ruteplanlægning, som i sidste ende sikrer mindst mulig køretid for hjemmeplejen samt effektiviserer planlæggernes tid og ressourcer til planlægning af hjemmeplejens tid.
