Faaborg Museum planlægger et kommende udbud af totalrådgiverydelsen vedrørende restaurering af Carl Petersenfløjen på Faaborg Museum. Udbud forventes offentliggjort den 10 juli 2026. Nærværende bekendtgørelse har til formål at informere markedet om det kommende udbud, der forventes at løbe med prækvalifikationsperiode hen over sommeren. Målet med restaureringen er primært at sikre bygningens fredningsværdier i et samlet arkitektonisk hovedgreb, der har til formål at styrke Carl Petersens oprindelige museumsbygning. Projektet omfatter sikring af bygningens klimaskærm og stabilitet samt en gennemgribende restaurering af de unikke interiører. Endelig vil projektet indeholde en museal opgradering ift. sikring, indeklima, belysning og tilgængelighed, der skal sikre en fortsat forsvarlig museumsdrift og forbedre publikumsoplevelsen.
