Description

Nærværende udbud er et genudbud, som vedrører renovering, herunder forstærkning af Darum-Tjæreborg Dige, der er placeret mellem Tjæreborg og Darum. For detaljerede oplysninger af det udbudte omfang, henvises der til udbudsmaterialets projektbeskrivelse, jf. bilag 5.01. Aftalegrundlaget for udbuddet er ABR18 med Esbjerg Kommunes tilføjelser og fravigelser. Tilbudsgivere gøres opmærksomme på, at COWI har udarbejdet forprojektet til nærværende projekt. Forprojektet er vedlagt udbudsmaterialet. Bygherre har taget højde for i udbudstidsplanen, at tilbudsgivere har tilstrækkelig tid til at sætte sig ind i forprojektet, ligesom at det fulde materiale til Forprojektet er stillet til rådighed. Bygherre har således i videst muligt omfang mindsket betydningen af den fordel, som COWI kan have relateret til indsigt i Forprojektet. Der henvises til beskrivelsen i udbudsbekendtgørelsens afsnit 2.1 Procedure.
