Med baggrund i en helhedsplan, anlægsprogram og dispositionsforslag gennemføres nu totalrådgivningen for byområdet Akseltorv og Nicolaiplads i Kolding Midtby. Totalrådgiver vil få til opgave at detailprojektere, udbyde og realisere projektet. Målet er at skabe en mere levende, attraktiv og indbydende bymidte. Den samlede økonomiske ramme er på kr. 52.150.000 kr. ekskl. moms, hvoraf ca. 32 mio. disponeres til indkøb af anlægsentrepriser. Projektet vil blive etapeopdelt og der vil ske 2 forskudte entrepriseudbud. Der er et krav om at en mindre del af projektet startes op i 2026. Med nærværende udbudsbekendtgørelse opfordres interesserede til at anmode om deltagelse i udbuddet. De udbudte ydelse fremgår af udbudsmaterialet. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Udbuddet gennemføres i henhold til proceduren udbud med forhandling, med forudgående prækvalifikation i overensstemmelse med reglerne i LBK nr. 10 af 6. januar 2023 (”Bekendtgørelse af udbudsloven”). Bygherre forbeholder sig ret til at tildele kontrakten på baggrund af tilbudsgivernes indledende tilbud, og således ikke optage forhandling med tilbudsgiverne.
