I forbindelse med udbud af en rammeaftale på modtagelse og forbrænding af indsamlet forbrændingsegnet affald fra husstande og rest efter sortering fra genbrugsstationer ønsker Assens Forsyning, FFV Renovation, Kerteminde Forsyning, Langeland Affald, Nyborg Forsyning og Service, Odense Renovation, Svendborg Affald og Ærø Affald en dialog med mulige leverandører. Formålet med markedsdialogen er at opnå viden om, hvad markedet kan tilbyde af muligheder og løsninger inden for behandling indsamlet forbrændingsegnet affald samt modtage markedsaktørers eventuelle input til specificering af det kommende udbud, særligt ift. emnerne beskrevet herunder. Det er ikke en forudsætning for at kunne deltage i markedsdialogen, at man vil byde på udbuddet, ligesom det ikke er en forudsætning for at byde, at man har deltaget i markedsdialogen. Markedsdialogens resultater vil blive brugt i udarbejdelsen af kravspecifikationen, således at udbuddet kan udformes på en måde, hvor forsyningernes behov matches bedst muligt med det, markedet kan levere.
